3D Digitization Laboratory

3D Digitization of objects, buildings and urban areas


The 3D digitization laboratory is a CIAUD laboratory that provides a range of survey and 3D digitization equipment to the research and academic comunity of the Lisbon School of Architecture. It was created originaly using equipment aquired by the FCT research project PTDC/AUR/66476/2006.

This laboratory was created by the iniciative of the CIAUD research group, ArcHC3D - Architectural Heritage Conservation.

It's mission is to support research activities in the area of 3D documentation and digitization applied to heritage conservation, architecture, urban planning and Design.
